Sometimes, as a department head, you may want separate email addresses that are one with your own mailbox.

As an example, you may have a personal email such as johndoe@yourdomain.co.uk and also want the HR or helpdesk email address (support@yourdomain.co.uk) to be forwarded to your personal email as well as being able to send an email from your helpdesk email from within your personal mailbox. If this is the case, what you want is an alias.

To set up an alias for a mailbox, you will need to follow the following steps:

1) Visit connect.yandex.com

2) Log in using your administrative domain credentials - this will be the email login provided by Anand's Tech Support and your own personal password.

3) Click on 'Organisation Structure' if you are not already on that tab and in the middle of the screen, you will see the various personal mailboxes set up within your company.

4) In order to set up an alias, you will need to click on the personal mailbox you wish to set up the alias within and then click on the three dots in the right of your screen.

5) You can think click on 'manage aliases' on the menu bar and add a new alias.
