At Anand's Tech Support, we have a clear pricing model so that, for you, it is clear what payments are expected and how we expect it to be paid.


Naturally in this industry, there are projects that may end up being incomplete for various reasons, stretching from budget restraints to the project being paused. However, in this scenario, we track and monitor carefully where time has been spent on your project and bill you precisely for the time we have spent on your project. As such, as soon as a project is confirmed, at the point where you choose to pause your project, we will send you an invoice for the time our team has spent on your project. We would then expect payment 14 days from the date the invoice was emailed to you.


However, this may not be the case for everyone. We would always provide a quote prior to starting out a project. Note: this will never be a fixed price quote and is dependent on how long the project actually takes. Our quotes are known to be very accurate as our team is experienced in this area.


On completion of the project, you will be sent an invoice by email and payment is expected within 14 days. We take payment by bank transfer or by cash. If you are paying by cash, it is your responsibility to ensure the payment is made as there are projects where our team or the client meet, otherwise, we expect payment by bank transfer.
