At Anand's Tech Support, we carefully chose our pricing model to best suit the expectations of the client as well as the how projects usually work.


First of all, we charge an initial 0.5 hour rate for the first briefing. Clearly, there is a line between general conversation and billable time but we will always ensure you are aware when is work and when is general conversation. We then charge, at an hourly rate, the time our team has spent on the project. Finally, we have a project debrief with our team where all the credentials are transferred into the client's name.


We can also organise for time to be spent training the client with the apps that our team has used. This training would be billed additionally to the project and the specifics can be organised nearer the time of training.


Our rate per hour is £30. This is fixed.
