We recognise that updating a website can be important for businesses. Depending on your project requirements, we will either set up a dynamic website (where you can upload your own content freely) or a static website (where only our team can help you update your website).
In the instance where you want a static website updated or wish for us to update your dynamic website on your behalf, our team will be on hand during working hours of the week to update your website. There are instances with our previous clients where we have updated the client's site within an hour of the request being submitted. Similarly, we offer to maintain a websites security and tweak little things to ensure your website is healthy and happy. A website that is not looked after can slowly but surely develop problems and it is important that that is avoided.
In either case, we will charge you for the updating of the website and general maintenance. This usually takes our team 15 minutes and we recommend this 'wear and tear' check every three months. We will make sure that we agree in advance whether the maintenance is wanted and we will always send reminders in advance of our team going ahead with the maintenance so that your not surprised with an invoice in your mailbox.
